Do kindly note that currently we do not accept any returns or refunds on sold goods. Please select your items carefully.

However, we do allow for exchange only if it falls under these categories.

1. Damaged goods upon delivery
2. Incorrect/Missing items delivered.

Kindly drop us an email at admin@orangecosmetics.com.sg, with your order details and photo evidence of the defected item. To be eligible for an exchange, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of the delivery date and the item must be unused and still be in its original packaging.

In the event of any discrepancy in the order, Orange Cosmetics reserves the right to collect back the order or duly process any refund to the customer.
